Debbie Moore, a former dancer and model was the first female founder to IPO on the London Stock Exchange. We will come back to who she is in a second but look at this picture of all the old boys surrounding her on the dealing floor. Brave! Debbie is from Urmston, Manchester and an inspiration to us at JT.
