JT Individual

JT Individual is the first step of your commitment to working in the City. It is an individual exercise that is assessed and graded either Pass, Merit or Distinction. All levels counting towards a new DofE Skill – “Share Trading”.

The  programme is a self learning exercise beginning with getting ready to place your first trades, and ending with a short written report. It runs once a year, focusing on the food, fashion and online retail stocks over the important xmas trading period.

The competition opens after October Half Term with a short online learning module preparing you to place your first trades by mid December. Trading results (50%) are locked in mid-January, and students then have 3-4 weeks to complete a self reflective portfolio evaluation (50%)

The price is £75 once the learning module opens, and can be bought in advance at the early-bird price of £50.

It is designed to help you speak and understand the language of Investment Banking at an early age so that you can start planing the building blocks on your CV and online profile and conduct yourself with authenticity in an interview and add relevant content to your UCAS application
